Caution if you have kids or don't appreciate extremely high traffic. School bus stop very congested. People stuck in traffic jam waiting to get out would fly by bus. Cars driving by literally every 1 second all day long. They have 3 entrances but only open 1 funneling the entire park one direction. My kids couldn't play outside safely with such high traffic I just didn't trust it and eventually moved out partially due to this. Was like living on the side of a highway.

Beautiful mobile home park with playground and pool and has driveway parking .not curb parking .but your own driveway .

Run!!!! Run!!!! Do not rent or lease from YES COMMUNITY They are liars . My roommate rented from YES COMMUNITY for 7years they never completely repairs anything. Maintance has no experience for 7year we waited on repairs to be done from the move in check list. Which never happened. Now that we have moved out they kept the deposit and now they want to file collection of a 4,000 dollar repair list for not only what was never repaired when we moved in but wear and tare damage not to mention . Other things they added on. Run run do not rent from YES COMMUNITY in YPSILANTI Michigan..

My daughter came to visit for 15 minutes and I will admit she was parked behind our cars in our driveway car was hooked up to a tow truck within that time. Watch your cars people legal car theifs. There should be no problem parking on the street during the day. Tow truck drivers say park is at fault. Make more parking spot s instead of pissing off your residents having their guests towed. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!!!

If you want to live in a place where you’re charged exorbitant amounts, towed without warning, force mowed for ridiculous fees, management does not answer your calls or do what they say they’re going to do, live with broken and dilapidated things for months on end, do not receive your deposit back after you cleaned and left your home in immaculate condition, cop cars are seen frequently, then move here. I am a former resident who would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone. Every single one of these things happened to me. STAY CLEAR OF ANY ORGANIZATION RAN BY YES COMMUNITIES. They are crooks.

Watching a friend deal with this office/maintenance company/community has been insane. They don’t fully explain bills, they fine the wrong properties for lawn/clean up issues, and they don’t answer their emergency maintenance line. Way too expensive for the lackluster service and poor attention to detail. For all their inability to pay attention, you better believe they will tow your car in 30 minutes flat, though!

I've been living here since 2015. Never had any problems with management at all until this last year since the new management took over. First I had to get rid of my small trailer that held my kayak because it was an "eye sore" but there's absolutely no way anyone could see it unless you walked behind my trailer. Then they made me get rid of my daughters play house. Now they apparently let tow truck drivers drive through the neighborhood and tow cars parked on the grass or side of the road with no courtesy knock or warning. Parked my brand new car next to the door because I had heavy stuff to unload and came out less the 3 hrs later and my car was gone. Mind you, this is a brand new car on a fresh mowed and taken care of lawn. You could tell it was parked there to unload stuff and not ever parked there consistently. So they backed in scooped it up and tore my yard all up in the process. Completely unacceptable. The new management sends the nastiest and most demeaning and unprofessional emails I've ever seen.
