Jess the Operations employee running the station at location 3000 off Packard Street in Ann Arbor Michigan is very rude and almost didn’t sell me a water because I had to explain to her my financial situation with only having three dollars to my name and she tried selling me two waters that I did not have enough money for at the end of the day. She does not have good customer service.

I frequent this location almost daily. Recently, a clerk here accused me of something I had no knowledge of and when I told him so, he basically accused me of lying. I was so embarrassed and surprised and now feel I never want to go there again.

I have never been to a dirtier nastier Speedway and I'm a regular Speedway customer. There was only 1 cashier, so probably won't be cleaned anytime soon and it looked like it had been that way a while.

I cannot recommend this Speedway. The back of the station is always cramped with boxes sitting next to the bathrooms. There's always a homeless guy loitering around the coffee area and generally just being in the way. It's also awkwardly located on the corner where it's hard to get out.

This is a small friendly store and We’ve been experiencing construction causing issues that are out of our control. Also these two newest reviews are from recently fired employees with revengeful intentions. We treat our customers with respect until they disrespect us, in which case we make them leave. We do our job, treat our customers with respect, but yes we demand to be respected in return. We do not control the prices nor the policies, we simply abide by them and in force them. Also as we have continuously been passing our inspections, it’s safe to say we are also a clean store.
