I'm a frequent Speedway customer and this location is only a mile from my house, but I avoid going here whenever I can. CONSISTENTLY rude workers even for the quickest transactions. Today was the icing on the cake. I only had $8 to pay for gas, so when I tried to split it(I now know you can't split gas payments) the worker was like "What? It's only 8 dollars. You're trying to split 8 dollars,you're telling me you don't have that on your card?" No I dont. but I will gladly take my broke self elsewhere.

This gas station IS right off of the highway so it is usually very busy. Sometimes long lines at the register because of only one cashier. Most of the cashier's are not friendly and you rarely see a smile.

Normally Speedway is my go-to gas station, but this location is beyond pathetic. Window washer bins are always empty, most of the window squeegees are missing, I think they are down to one or two. This location is dirty and most importantly, almost half of the pumps are usually out of order. Speedway Corporate needs to step in, because this location is a disgrace to the brand

Not coming back after tonight, cashier closed the store right before 2am for over 20 minutes. I used to go here every night after work but I guess I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Ever since 7/11 bought speedway its gotten worse. Sticky floors, out of stock items, one cashier consistently, broken pumps, broken coffee machines, old donuts in the cases, and the pumps don't accept my card and I have to go inside and I try to print the receipt and it says printer failure and now the cashier is out of bags. This speedway is horrible. I work for a chain of Mobil gas stations and all I can say is this is just embarrassing for mighty speedway to fall such a way.

Don’t get gas here if using a credit card. Tap to pay doesn’t work. Receipts don’t print. Credit card purchase limited to $35. Fill up somewhere else.

Horrible service. Rude employees - especially Bree. She hung up the phone on me amd spoke poorly about me to.other customers while I was still in the store. Ghetto store, ghetto city , ghetto employees!!!

Hands down the worst customer service in the worst speedway store I've ever been I am a landscaping company and I use speedway on a regular basis to buy my fuel all way down to the drinks my guys drink everyday accumulated over 500,000 points last year so that just goes to show you how much money I spent but my experience at the store today may change totally of who I use for gas and where I buy the drinks for the daily we literally buy speedway pizza everyday that's our stop and that's our lunch today at the store in Ypsilanti on Michigan avenue I had the worst experience ever ordered a whole speedway pepperoni and cheese checked out got in the truck pulled out of the parking lot and my guys geyser taking a bite of their pizza and they're like hey boss this pizza is cold like still coming out of the fridge cold I'm like no way till I grabbed a piece of myself and sure enough the cheese isn't even melted on it so we take the pizza back in in the Arabic guy running the show I guess tells me that's the hottest they can get the pizza I tell the guy I buy pizza from speedway every he tells me that's the best they can that he's not going to make me another pizza because it would be the same result guess you all as in speedway lots my business todayJymicka D is a bad employee

Terrible Service got a full pizza was cold out the oven wouldn’t make a new one cashier then started screaming at the top of her lungs and yelling uncalled for Manager didn’t do any to stop it he was also yelling saying he can’t do any better and didn’t even try to fix it
