We have been customers for eleven years. Although they are not the lease expensive pet care in town, I think they are worth it. Staff is professional, friendly and has assisted me at every turn. Their website has many tips and seasonal reminders. Even when we are away for part of the year, they are responsive and follow through with what they say they are going to do. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Super friendly and professional staff. Our cat was very comfortable around everyone there. Dr. Thomas was compassionate, helpful, and easily answered any questions that we had. Everyone was so sweet to us and our pet. One of the best and least stressful vet experiences we’ve ever had. The Free Vaccines for Life program is also a great idea, and something we are happy to see. So grateful that there’s a place that cares about keeping our vet bills reasonable.

This is the best vet clinic we’ve ever been to. The staff care so much about us and our pets and make every experience wonderful. They are SO kind and helpful. I’ve never seen a staff that is this incredible. Drop everything and run to south arbor!!

The care at South Arbor Animal Hospital is fantastic. Not only are the staff extremely knowledgeable and will do anything in their power to help your animals, they are kind, caring, and respectful. I am so incredibly thankful my dogs are patients at South Arbor.

The entire team was very loving and friendly to my pup. I have had experiences where vets seem less inclined to take special care of my pitty compared to other breeds, and everyone went above and beyond to not only make me comfortable, but him as well.

We always love coming to South Arbor Vet and continue coming even though we have moved to another city. All the receptionists, vet techs, and vets know Wellie on sight and he loves coming in to see them. The vaccines for life program is also a huge reason we love your practice. Ellen at the front desk is particularly kind and helpful and we love when our appointments end up on days she is there!

Staff and doctors are always friendly and professional. My appointments have been really efficient and I don't ever feel like I'm being sold or pressured into unnecessary services like I do with some other vets. It was easy to become a new patient also.

South Arbor is an amazing. I have used them for many years. We used them for the care of our last dog until he passed, and now we use them with our new puppy. We will continue to use them for our future vet needs.

We only started going to South Arbor within the last 6 months, but it’s been the best veterinary choice we’ve ever made! The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, and it’s clear to see the doctors truly care about their patients, we have experienced their love, care, and support so many times just in the short time we’ve been there. We absolutely love it!

They have great service and always take great care of my pets. My cat was misdiagnosed at another vet. I took her to south arbor for a second opinion and they treated her for a UTI which was what she had.
