Clean with friendly employees. Shares the building with Nu Wave (a food/chicken place, I think with carry out only). The Shell station has gasoline and diesel and inside is a convenient store.

Ok gas station, but the all-touchscreen pumps didn't make any sense. They're slow, unresponsive, and confusing.

Never had a bad experience here. The staff is always friendly.Comments on other reviews:Never seen a “crack head” or other equivalent hanging around, as Washtenaw County frequently drives up and down the road.The cashiers are some times “hidden” at the front due to their extreme variety of products. I’ve been in there so many times and know I still haven’t paid attention to everything they have… usually if I’m waiting longer than 30 seconds or so a simple and polite “excuse me..” always gets their attention.The “fancy pumps” are just touch screen, like every other place is upgrading to such as fast food restaurants for dine-in.Will continue to be my regular spot for gas and cigarettes as they are always friendly, cheaper than most places, clean and fast with their customers.

Wouldn't give me a receipt, no one available on the intercom. And some Crack head pass out on the wood pile swearing and shouting at customers.Not a safe environment!!

I just had a horrible interaction with the clerk. First, he was hidden behind the wall of merchandise so he couldn’t be seen. Then I had to announce myself because he was too busy on his phone. Then I asked for butane. The bottle says directly on it “Buy one get one free” and he refused to honor that, and then tried to charge me $7.95 for it when it is $3.99 everywhere else. I told him I wasn’t paying for it and started walking away and he cursed at me in Arabic. I know just enough to know he cussed at me. I’ll never be back.

Im a big Shell fan and this station has the best quality of gas and the cheapest price out of all shell stations in the area. Its brand-new and they even have a good restaurant inside (Nu Wave). Get your gas here your car will love you.
