In need of emergency tire replacement and as busy as they were. Matt made sure our family had a new tire and sent our family on our way to Cedar Point. Can't express how grateful and thankful for Sam's Club Tire battery dept employees and especially Matt!!

Avoid this club for now. They are renovating the entire store inside, the inventory is about at a 50 percent level and nothing is where it used to be. Sucked, waist of time. Update.... Was there today, it's improving. Updating, they are finished and back to normal.
