In need of emergency tire replacement and as busy as they were. Matt made sure our family had a new tire and sent our family on our way to Cedar Point.

Avoid this club for now. They are renovating the entire store inside, the inventory is about at a 50 percent level and nothing is where it used to be. Sucked, waist of time. Update.... Was there today, it's improving. Updating, they are finished and back to normal.

Store is like any other Sam's club with auto center, Deli, pharmacy and photo / vision center. Store associates are very friendly and helpful. Convenient access ample parking. It has a gas station as well. The only issue here is the shopping carts all over the parking lot. However, it is not the club but irresponsible, lazy, uncivilized members who create this problem, so I personally dont think business should be responsible for it.

Ypsilanti gas pumps have to be the slowest pumps of any Sam's Club I've ever visited. No wonder the lines are long. Not because of the price, it's SLOW pumps.

There were a lot of empty shelves, this is something I am not used to seeing at a Sam's Club. There were plenty of registers open, but I used shop and scan to get out even quicker.

This place is an absolute joke with their Pick Up. I pressed the button to let them know I'm on my way. I get here between the time I was scheduled. I still have to wait almost 30 minutes for my order to be brought out to me?? I call the store to find out what's taking so long and they tell me that there's one more order in front of me before they're bringing mine out? Which is really funny, because when I pulled in to spot number one where I've been sitting, there was no other cars here until AFTER I arrived.
