Horrible experience. Got new tires installed Sunday. First time driving on the tires today and within 20 miles got a tire pressure light on in my car.
Took over an hour to get ahold of the store and not the useless call center. After finally getting ahold of the manager, he was very nice and told me to bring the car in anytime and they would take a look at it.
I said I would try to arrive by 4:30 but got caught in traffic on my way home from work and arrived about an hour later. I will note I did not have an appointment and was told to walk in at any time.
The employee at the tire center was extremely rude. Told me he didn’t appreciate me showing up when I did and was just all around nasty.
Customer service and the on shift manager were about useless. They apologized but didn’t do anything about the poor service. Also told me they know the employee has a bad attitude but help is hard to find. So glad I paid an $80 installation fee and for the warranty to be treated so poorly.
They may be the cheapest tire center but definitely not worth the headaches and poor attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out. Sad I pay to be a member to be treated like this.

My tire light went on in my SUV tonight. I tried calling three well- known tire shops in the Ypsilanti, Saline, Ann Arbor area. It was a few minutes until closing.. All three were closed. I was able to get served right away at Sam’s Tires on Carpenter Rd with a friendly tire expert who professionally found the light went on because the cold weather lessened the tire pressure. It was safe to drive on. Sam’s tire service is open until 7:00 pm. Thank you so much!

Service here is terrible...just stood in line to checkout for 10 minutes when cashier told us she was closing and go to another line.....only one other line was open and it was busy with several large orders...after standing in line for 5 more minutes I noticed the original line did not close and had more customers...after talking to manager she told us we were more than welcome to get back in original line behind the new customers..

Worst Sam's Club ever. Filthy! No help. Only 1 person at the Cafe on a Saturday at noon with a very long line wanting food.... only 1 person checking receipts for a very long line....

Yeah, not my kind of place. Was bizarre. All the prices were sort of one to the left of the product. Just didn't make sense. I mean you would look at a product and the price underneath of it was for the product to the right of it all throughout the store was crazy. Place is a mess.

Got a pair of eyeglasses, close to $400. They gave me headache. I should have gone back right away, but Sam's Club is not close. I didn't know that, after 30 days, they couldn't be returned. I'm not hard on glasses, but one of the lenses fell out, so, I guess I won't have any more headaches from them.

worst sams club ever yesterday we picked up sushi from here ..it did not look fresh we ate it and it was bad me and my husband both got diarrhea..we called the manager to let her know so that others dont get sick no apology she seemed least bothered and said ok ill let them know and hung up on us..this is no way to treat your loyal customers..

Always clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are good. I wait in line for gas but prices are worth it.

Jennifer should NOT be scanning people at the exit. Probably the most arrogant and rude person I think I've ever met. Bought $200 of groceries, forgot to scan the eggs on the bottom- honest mistake and I made a joke about not wanting to go to jail for eggs. Trust me I'm not going to drop $200 just to get away with eggs. She made a sharp comment back as I was walking back to buy the eggs- I wanted to resolve this whole thing with no difficulty and no tension. Jennifer was looking for a fight. She made me feel like a criminal. For freaking eggs. Bought them and came back to get scanned again. She went through the whole thing again and I just stood there and took it. I go there weekly. I know a lot of the staff on a first name basis. How can you hire someone like JENNIFER.... When you have great people like Gary, and Wayne?

It's gets even worse. I'm adding anything perishable, like produce, to the list of things I wouldn't buy at Sam's club. Again, because they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased a bag of avacados that sat on my counter for 10 days and would not ripen. They literally were rotting inside even though they did not darken or soften on the outside. I brought them to Sam's club hoping to get an exchange or refund and they refused because it had been more than 7 days since I purchased the garbage avacados. They understood that they didn't ripen, and even joked about the bananas that are experiencing the same phenomenon. If it can't go in your pantry or on your car (like tires) I advise you to go elsewhere. Anywhere else!

My wife & I have had good experiences once tires are purchased. However, attempting to get a rotate & balance on a set which are not purchased at Sam's will result in the shop putting the vehicle on a lift, attempting to tell you the tires are worn out, and refusing the rotate & balance.

Technician “CHRIS” What is the most obnoxious Rude Sam’s club employee that I’ve have ever met in my many years as being a business member. I would not recommend using him for anything. He definitely is not a customer person, he should not be at a counter where he’s interacting with Sam’s Club customers. I am leaving at $800 order and going to Costco with it. That guy is a total joke, he would not maintain a job in my business for a single day. I would hope management addresses this Hindrance of an employee they have.

This is my third time purchasing tires from Sam's Club. My SUV rode nice home. Great warranty, tire rotation and roadside assistamce included.
