I photographed my own property and furnished details for the listing, and Kermath Realty quickly shaped the material into very professional and competitive listings for the MLS and major real estate websites. I made my own arrangements for showings, and there were several of them, but once a buyer was truly interested, Jeff took full responsibility for working with us and the buyers' agent on communications and negotiations. He was quickly responsive by email, often available directly by phone, insightful regarding strategy, and serious about staying on top of issues about our property.
