I wouldn't know though. They never pick up their phone, called for two days before someone picked up. And when they did, they said theyd call be back to let me know when they had room. 4 days later, still no call.

O'Reilly's technician talked very high about John, so I went today to his store. I told him about engine ticking noise I have he checked it and said it is absolutely normal then he double checked his diagnosis on his laptop without me asking him.He I took like 15 min his time yet he didn't ask for any money on contrary he dismissed me politely.I highly appreciate his honesty and experience

Belle Tire wanted to charge me a huge markup on a simple brake job (i.e. they wanted me to help pay for their shiny building and annoying commercials). John did the same (or better) job for almost half the price. Plan to return for any job needed even though I'm not really in the area anymore

My daughter is a student at Eastern and we live on the other side of the state. She decided to make a Target run close to midnight and her car broke down. All the stars aligned when the tow truck driver took her vehicle to John. He was kind, honest, affordable & got her car moving again the following day. He even texted us on our 3 hour drive home to make sure everything was good! It makes my mom heart happy knowing if anything ever happens again my daughter has someone she can trust. Thank you John for being you!

Great mechanic, he is busy and doesn't always answer the phone, best way to get in touch with him is to visit the shop.

I've been a customer for over 15 years and when anyone asks me for an auto mechanic referral I send them to John. He is thorough and honest. Just recently a friend recommended me to another mechanic; I listened politely, but knew that I was NOT going to change mechanics. Rating him a five is a no brainer as I can't give him any more than five.Service: General repairs & maintenance
