He is very pleasant with such a bubbly personality. I LOVE IT!!! He needs a raise/promotion because he really has some phenomenal customer service skills. I’d say he’s management material if he isn’t already a manager. Js.. keep an amazing employee.”

CVS has the pet food and treats that l buy. The convenience of shopping forthe other products l buy save me from going to larger stores.
This is why l continue to shop at CVS.

“I had in incredible experience at this Sam's Club Optical Department. It began from the time I called-to my appointment as my prescription was out of date- thru picking up my glasses. Let me explain. A very nice person by the name of Tonya found an available appointment as soon as she could fit me in,which was extremely appreciated as I had broken my glasses. I had called multiple places only to be told that their first appointment was mid September because of the back to school rush. She was very courteous, and very helpful! I wasn't necessarily expecting that my entire experience with them would go like that but indeed it did. The optical assistant Alicia did some of the pre-testing. She was very professional and we were done in a hot minute. More on Alicia coming up because she went above and beyond. Dr. Edward Nelson came out to fetch me and took me into the office. I noticed that he had a lot of medals in a frame on the wall so I asked him what they were related to and he explained that he has been an optometrist in the Air Force during the Vietnam war and then continued to assist different bases to provide Examinations and care for the enlisted in the Air Force. He was very nice, very easy to talk to and I was so impressed that during his career he flew an F-14 (I think he said)/but don't quote me as I always get my jets mixed up! Anyway that put me at ease and for some reason the way he asked the questions when you have to say what's better and what's best which I always have difficulty with I was able to answer quite quickly. I know he just use different verbiage but it made a big difference for me. I can't recommend him enough, He told me during Vietnam he was not sent into battle, but in some of his other experiences between then and now he did have to go into the battlefield to see and treat patients. I thanked him for his service to our country. I actually found one frame that met all my specifications and that I liked out of all of them. Pretty amazing I'd say. I gave the frame to Alicia and she sent me off for a few minutes as they were busy with other customers and told me to shop or whatever I chose to do for 15 to 20 minutes -and return and they would be able to sit down with me and get the measurements for my new specs. I never have trouble shopping so I did just that and picked up a couple things which I brought with me up to the optical department. During that time I realized I did not have my Sam's Club card and I was panic stricken. I had been spending days and nights with my brother at the hospital and he had died the morning of my appointment at 11:05 AM. I think I would've had a better ability to cope had I not been sleep deprived and very sad. However I did go into my Sam's shopping app and under my account information was the code that they scan when you check out so I told Alicia that I was extremely upset and didn't know up from down right then and she just calmly told me to have a seat and tell her what the problem was. She assured me that I would be able to get my glasses and anything else I needed. She said the only thing affected- I didn't have my card I couldn't charge it to my Sam's account. I had other means to pay so that was no problem. She then did exactly what she said she would. She was so sweet talking in a very calm manner and being very empathetic to my situation. She then scanned my cards and I got everything from The optical department that I needed including the fact that I would be able to return in 10 to 14 days to pick up my glasses. She also took the time to go to a different register and scan the barcode in again. I would not have to do anything but leave the store when we were done. I honestly will never forget this it was such an act of kindness and I could tell it was genuine so I really want to express my thanks to her and I hope that Sam's Club sees this review and gives her some kind of reward for being such an outstanding associate! I was actually able to pick them up on Labor Day- Tonya l”

1415 E Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti“Usually, this CVS is flawless, Drove 40 min to CVS, for a prescription that was a refill, was told that I had no refills, called my doctor who confirmed that there was a refill for the prescription, called CVS they said an error was made, there was a refill, drove back to CVS how does a Pharmacy make a mistake with medication?”
“I have been using the Sam's club Optical center since 2018.Tonya is always kind and patient. My kids and I love her. An optometrist, Nelson Edwards took enough time to give an eye exam and to answer all the questions that my daughter had. Eye exam is $65 which is great!”
“Oh how I missed Kroger while I lived in Texas. I love the deals that Kroger has. This one is located quite close to the area that I am staying. I like the option of shopping inside online or even having it delivered to my house. Definitely one of my favorite stores.”

1415 E Michigan Ave, Ypsilanti“Today a guy at the cashier helped me a lot he made me feel welcomed and made time to help me and have a conversation I appreciate the conversation a lot because I felt very happy to know someone was not just being a robot we need more people like him and also he was so kind even though I could not get my photos because I got time mixed up he offered me to stay in the store to wait for my boyfriend but senses I didn’t wanna cause problems I thought it was best I go outside I told my boyfriend what happened and he was upset I was outside but once I explained the reason he understood and was happy someone was nice enough to offer me to stay inside with my son while it was cold outside but I did not want to be disrespectful for holding him and his manger up to close the store so I stand outside and I will definitely be back tomorrow to get more photos the manger she is very nice and she was kind about reminding me of when the store close I feel so bad for holding up time that I just wanna thank them both for understanding me and not being upset I promise to remember time next time both very hard working people.”

Move to the next pump forward and same credit card work just fine as it has any other time I fill up with Gas her. Another pulled up to pump 1 and had the same issue with a different back credit card.
Also requesting SAM get the following images for around the gas pump area. Windshield squeegee, and fluid so people can at least clean the windows other vehicles.”
