I struggled to find that experience in Ann Arbor until I started taking my wheelchair accessible van to Mike at Mr. Muffler.

He is always responsive and will go out of his way to get you going that day even at the cost of him missing dinner with his family. On top of his responsive and positive attitude towards all his customers him and his team have a depth of knowledge to repair everything from my suspension to a full replacement of my engine and transmission.

I can't reccomend taking your vehicle and your family's vehicles to Mike at Mr. Muffler enough. I know I'm safe driving every day because I have a trusted mechanic who stands by his work and I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to him whenever I'm concerned over a problem because he treats me and all his customers with respect.

“I give victory lane on washtenaw 5 stars. I been going there for a while and it always the same guys. very Friendly and approachable. they have been there a long time and anyone of em knows about everything in the shop n the services they offer. they don't Have to ask a co worker or the owner or boss. they all individually know how to run that shop. I am posting this review because this is the 2nd time they fixed my vehicle after it was messed up at uncle Ed's oil shoppe on washtenaw..I took a vehicle to uncle Ed's oil shoppe on washtenaw twice in the last few mos. my 1st time I pull up to uncle Ed's oil shoppe on washtenaw n 2 young kids are texting and laughing it up..they are about to close soon. they came up from under the vehicle n told me they can't change the oil because their are multiple leaks. well I took it to victory lane on washtenaw n all them changed my oil n said they didn't see any leaks. after that I took my vehicle to have an inspection at a dealership n they didn't see any leaks..ok well a couple days ago, I took another vehicle to uncle Ed's oil shoppe on washtenaw, it was maybe half hr before close. they advertise a 10 min oil change. they came up to my vehicle and he shoved his hand in my vehicle to the windshield n ripped off my victory lane oil sticker..n said 1st thing 1st..these guys are a bunch of @%#&$ ect..n so a few min later a guy come up from under my vehicle n said who changed ur oil last..I said victory lane, the sticker u guys just ripped off..he said well victory lane $&$% up ur oil pan n I can't get the plug off it'll wreck the plug n oil pan. it's a dealership issue now. well I called up victory lane as I left and told em. they immediately told me to come in. I came in today to victory lane n they inspected my vehicle and my oil pan is fine n they changed my oil and my oil pan plug is fine. they had no problem getting the plug out. I recommend victory lane on washtenaw Ave all day long..I strongly recommend that people do not go to uncle Ed's oil shoppe on washtenaw I've had 2 very bad experiences there consecutively.. there won't be a 3rd. my business is going to victory lane on washtenaw from here on out”
