This store actually deserves no stars, long wait time, make sure you take pictures of your phone or video before letting them do any type of work on your phone. They crack my screen and lie to my face, won’t replace it and tried to put the Blame on me. Ps have proof of the condition of your phone before you let them work on it.

The service is okay. The atmosphere is quiet and the prices are okay a tad high but oh well. I'm kinda the sketchy part of Ypsilanti. The place itself is okay. Also could be in a better location had people begging my boyfriend and I for money a few times at this location.

My husband just bought what was supposed to be a brand new phone, paid brand new phone price its not, it's used, barely works,battery don't hold a charge, it's definitely NOT NEW. this store WILL RIP YOU OFF! Then lie when u come back stating they have u a used phone! Also gave him a charging cord out of the drawer. He would also only let him pay in cash, which tells u he's pocketing the money!

Please stop lying for this MetroPCS store on holmes Road in Ypsilanti they have ripped me off buy selling me used cell phone and telling me it's brand new when it wasn't they didn't give me a receipt when I bought the phone so it's hard for me to return it and setting up there telling me and lying to me telling me that I bought the phone brand new when I knew it wasn't new and I have proof that it's not new
