Incompetent employees who don’t even know their own prices in their store. I sat in line for 20 minutes just to get told a phone that was supposed to be $130 out the door then all of a sudden it’s $205, because he forgot the price just changed. Get it together for the customers sake,

Very very bad. A salesperson added a charge that he apparently wanted to sell me, I didn't want it and I left. And now that I had to pay I see that I do add it. Bad service and abuse of workers

its so so..seems there phones act or perform less than perfect, even lesser so than years ago.but this store has great customer service nevertheless speaking....EDIT.. 2023.. october! this store is worse. they refuse to answer the phone when you call,EVER! i was just there last weekend and the phone rang and the employees acted as if there was no phone in the store.! i went to this store twice because i could not get the google play store app. to download at least 3 different applications! plus 1 app just kept spending but never downloaded! finally i called customer service and problem solved without me being there...the phones are as such, that i must talk at the windows in all 2 bedrooms and the living room to get a reception! in a year once im back to work or etc. im no longer using metro/t mobile..going to try another provider. i down voted this company to a 2 star status...i would have a 1, but due th the fact the staff are friendly i had to give credit where its due!

Great store Moe is the best multitasker I have seen. Only employee at the time helped everyone at same time got us all what we needed in no time

Horrible service went in looking asked about prices gave me higher prices...I left went to another non corporate metro.. gave me upgrade prices plus coupons

Arrived at the Ann Arbor location an hour before posted closing time to buy a new phone, only to be told by some kid sitting down & playing on his phone that he shut the computer down already & was closing the store early. This happened on 2/11/2023 @ 7pm.
I have been to the Taylor corporate location in the past & they have always been polite & professional, so that's where I will go for now on.

Not helpful at All very Short & Rude.. Called for 2 hours No Answer drove 45 mins there to find them sitting on there phone playing games.. Also have pics of it.. So sad Do Better Metro.. As I was leaving a lady was pulling in and she had been calling for 2 hours and was upset she had to drive in for help. So Sad get people that want to work and NOT just sit and play on your phone's..

The people that work there are decent but they are there to sell, so if you are buying they are quite pleasant,if your not buying they don't have interest in you which is a sale men's job I guess.
