The woman who answered the phone does not seem to understand English. I asked what is the minimum that is charged for Taxes. She said the most is $350. I asked again what is the minimum and she said it can be $650 but the "woman here will try to do discounts." I don't know why she didn't just say that the minimum is $350 with discounts but tax preparation here can go up to $650.

Juanita I believe her name is was perfect. I have been going to liberty tax for 10 years but recently had to switch offices. Last year wasn't a good pick but this year I found my new tax lady thank God. She explained everything and gave me more than I thought I was going to get. I'm more happy with her than I was with my own old tax lady I had for years that I thought I couldn't replace. Best thing is she didn't charge me as much as everyone else had in the past. I have been going here now for what seems like a million years its always been a great experience from start to finish fast and goes over to assure taxes are done not super expensive can be done from convivence of your home my lady even came to my house once during covid because i couldn't make to her not saying the rest arent as good but saying if she leaves i hope i find another as good as her THANKS JOAQUINA for great services

I've had nothing but positive experiences working with the staff here, especially Joaquina, as well as other members - highly recommended if you are a 1099 filer, have children, or EITC - get them what they need and they will take care of the rest

We didnt get are stimulus cause liberty closed the bank accounts how nice of them right they over charge for services and dont even take care of bvn their clients but h&r block did so did turbo tax but not liberty tax
