Very unprofessional and hostile owner. I was just banned for accidentally spilling coffee, and the owner who was working behind the register that day. I apologized to the owner about the coffee spill but he still persists to be hostile towards me and even threatened me that he'd call the police if I ever come back again. If you can't grasp the simple concept of respect and that people make accidents sometimes, you're setting yourself up to fail and get people to disrespect you. Also, cleaning spills is a common thing that happens and employees usually do not have a problem in dealing with spills. It's easy. This boss exhibits poor character and should not be qualified to own a gas station when it's to be expected of you to be respectful.

The best store for late night snacks. Clerk was very helpful and knew all the prices. Kinda pricey but it’s forgiven considering I’ve never seen them closed. Even on thanksgiving and Christmas they were open.

Worst store ever! The staff is so rude, don’t accept money in coins i’ve never been to a place that does that. He was threatening to call the police because my form or payments was pennies only for a 1$ purchase. He was talking down on us and making all types of rude and racist comments making everyone in the store uncomfortable. He said he was the boss and could do whatever he wanted to do We asked to speak to the boss the owner and he said it was him. Which i know for a fact he was lying. This is very unfortunate because i go to this store everyday it’s right around the corner from my house it’s sad they treat loyal customers like that.

I am here the manager. Just a reply on Sheikh's review. These customers do not respect the fact that there is a pandemic. Getting "dirty" money which I do not know its origin is a big risk. Second, Itold them i am the manager, not the owner. In addition, the guy who was arguing with her was very disrespectful and racist with a customer who was waiting behind him. Third, this guy came almost an hour ago and asked me to slide him for 50 cents and then asked 3 customers and reply with a racist comment to me. So, he came back as revenge with getting me all dirty money and i told him that i cannot respect it due to the pandemic. There are cameras in the store and we are not bad or racist people.

Impatient. Rude customer service skills. I asked them if they wanted to see my ID for my purchase today @6:30pm. He proceeds to ignore me in my very calm voice. I don’t get flustered. He then continues to have rude tendencies as in flinging my purchase through the cubby hole. Not my first rude encounter recently. I understand people are tired but I work hard for the money I spend. Thanks. Whatever the amount is.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is a joke. It's basically falling apart with missing ceiling tiles to crumbling ones. The cashier was an a**hole first of all, when I asked him to confirm the price because I couldn't hear him, he very rudely gave me attitude. Secondly, walking into the store I passed at least 4 "Have your IDs ready" and "We card all" signs, yet this guy didn't ID maybe 3 people buying swishers. Thirdly, this place is a literal scam. I got up charged and the guy wouldn't provide a receipt and after he scanned my item there was no way to see how much it was and he just told me the price which seemed a little expensive considering my little cup of ice cream was $8.99. He was also getting super frustrated because I was paying in cash and had the change. After I paid, he like scoffed in my face and threw a bag at me. So I hope he gets fired and don't go to this shithole.

Girl I was pumping my gas and the stupid pump didn't click when my tank was full so a f ton of gas poured out of my tank, I didn't even know cause it was -200° outside so of course I was in my car. Someone had to tap on my window to tell me cause I didn't know. The owner didn't gaf, so I dipped and that was that on that. I think I lost at least $20-$30 in gas cause their ish ain't working.

Very friendly staff and one of the only places around town that sells quality items at a reasonable price. Overall great experience and will definitely be grabbing things here on a regular.

I want to rate this gas station negative 5 stars. Store has rats and mice, everything is very expensive. Sell kroger milk, kroger eggs for 10 times the price. I oaid $6 for a dozen of kroger eggs at this gas station. I am going to report it ASAP
