I brought the car in to get cleaned after spilling a shake on the seats. The employees were pleasant. The outside was thoroughly cleaned. But they did a subpar job on the inside of the car. The photos attached are from AFTER they allegedly cleaned the seats and the floor. The sticky mess from the spilled shake is still there. I should have checked the car inside and out before I paid $45 and even left a tip!

JJ's did a great job cleaning my car after a series of unhinged road trips around Michigan's upper and lower peninsulas! 4 stars due to some lack of attention to detail, but it's a car and bound to get dirty again shortly so nothing that would prevent me from coming back.

Missed a spot. Wished the young guys that I spoke with spoke up more. Can hardly hear them. Overall good job at washing and cleaning interior.

Not only were the employees really kind, the owner and I talked for over an hour like we had been friends for years! The service was amazing! I was blown away the first time I had gone to them, but second time was even better! Mind you, they were not open due to this ice storm. I just so happened to call and see if they were opened, to which the owner stated, I will be there! 10/10!Thanks for good service and kindness!
