We loved everything about our experience with International Collision and Frame. They were super prompt to schedule an evaluation, talk me through each of the parts that they had to order, explain what to expect from fixing the car and being transparent on how they were ordering the parts.
I could barely recognize our SUV when we picked it up- it looked so good! Absolutely no trace of the damage.
I appreciate their integrity as a business and transparency in communication. Getting rear-ended is an absolute pain- but I am really glad I was able to get quick and efficient service here.

Full disclosure: I ended up not using them because my car was totaled, but the people behind the front desk were very friendly, patient, helpful, and kind. If I ever need work done on my car I will definitely use this business!

I'm happy to have found a repair shop that lives up to its reputation and positive reviews after searching for quality work. Dropped of vehicle on scheduled date, the front end damaged repaired in a timely manner. Vehicle looked good as new.

The owner provides excellent cutting service and the repairs are done well. No price gouging and you can be sure they are telling you the truth about the services you need done on your car. They will not lie here simply to increase the costs on the invoice.I've done business here for several years and I've never had to bring the car back for inferior repairs.

Very professional company! I would definitely recommend the work they do. The owner and employees were friendly and professional throughout the process. Surprise that my insurance company did not pay the deductible, said they can’t cover hit and runs. So upset with farm bureau over this. Other than that.. 5 stars to Ali and his staff. Plus they stand behind their work.❤️
