I dropped my grandmother off to withdraw some money to pay her bills. She was asked the "exact" amount on the withdraws/deposits of her most recent transactions since she has never used this branch in particular. She did not remember, since she is 78 years old, and was denied access to her funds, even with her driver's license. I had to drive her to the other side of town just for her to have access to her funds, very inconvenient to say the least...

I recently opened an account with no fees. Then when I went to the bank to make my first transaction, I was told there would be a 6 dollar fee. I asked to speak to the manager because I felt I was being lied to. I was told that I would have to wait an hour. I will be closing my account in the near future. Do not bank here.

I have banked here before. I came in to open up a business account. No greeting or anything. If I had not banked here before I would go elsewhere. The rep was nice at the counter. We will see how the overall is.

Very rude. Refused to do a wire transfer. Sent me to another bank, who did the transfer with no issues.

I thought when Huntington bank took over TCF service and wait time would improve,however, i was wrong. I stopped by this location for quick money transition and the wait time in line was ridiculous!! There was one person only serving customers. I had ppl before me and others came after me and we were all stuck in line. After waiting for almost 20 minutes while the banker is still serving the same customer, i had to leave. I have noticed this probelm in other locations too and it it needs a corpororate involvement before they start seeing their customers switching to other banks for good.

The customer service there is horrible I've been there since I was 16 years old I am now 23 years old and this has been the worst experience as my first banking . The only person that has been doing an exceptional job and a great job is Miss Lisa I only go to her every time I go there .
