Old location on Carpenter had more items and felt more spacious. The aisles are so close together now that it's hard to move the cart around. I am disappointed by how small this new location is compared to the old one

Clean new location, with an even greater selection of items for every corner of your home. Be prepared to be patient as they are training many new employees, which does prolong the checkout process and can be frustrating at times. Overall, great selection and fair prices.

New location is awful and small. Everything is crammed. Cannot shop without running into shelves/people. Also the posts that hold the building up are in the worst locations and it is very narrow to get around these posts. Very disappointed.

The mangers here are horrible do not shop here, They kept asking me did I want to apply for a tjx rewards after I said no 4 times. It’s never that deep to get a sale and there Communication is poor, one of the worse places I ever shopped at.

I love all the Home Goods stores but this one is bigger than the other Ann Arbor location so I find quite a bit more! Lots of great deals and unique finds. Associates are always friendly and helpful.

A good store, just a little sloppy on some displays. All staff encountered were polite and kind. Got some sheets, and pillows after a little looking around. Checkout was efficient even with the seemingly long line. Didn't have to wait more than 3 minutes to get to a register.

Very cluttered, unfriendly staff, and long lines. But the selections are good! One can always find something useful for the house, and the prices are terrific! If they could find better staff the shopping experience would be so much better, though.
