Scam Artist!!!! State Farm Selected Shop Recommended by my Claims Adjuster, I came in to have my Lexus bumper looked at and estimated for repair.
Two small cracks in bumper and this company gave me an estimate almost $9000.
When I advised them to go ahead with the repairs because I’m going to file a claim because it’s so excessive.
They tell My Insurance Company they will not Lock my Estimate in So State Farm Can Pay the claim.
Heritage Collision in Canton & Ann Arbor Is Pure Scam Artist! Runnnnn!!!
They couldn’t repair my vehicle until November, which I’m choosing to go with someone else because they’re such a scam.
Michigan law states that I can take my vehicle to whomever I choose for repairs. I am definitely leaving the shop with my vehicle and warning all others to avoid this shop.

So nice and friendly. Most of the time, many companies customer service team employees are very rude and disrespectful. I just want to say thank you for the enjoyable experiance. I also spoke to the mechanic, his name is Mike. Soooo Nice and took the time to call me and let me know what was going on with my vehicle. Give Heritage Collision Canton a try. I had a very bad accident in my Lexus RX350 and Heritage worked hard to restore my vehicle beautifully within the timeframe of my insurance claim.

I have not had a good experience.
I was told my car would be returned to me within a week... it has been a month and still has not been returned. I understand that complications can come up and it can take longer than expected. My major problem is that to get any information at all, I have to call and ask.
I have been told multiple times that they are working to get the vehicle back to me but my app says they havent touched the vehicle in over two days. This has been typical.
I am not and have not been impressed at all.

They work with progressive so that was a plus for me. Took a couple of weeks but the car looks great. And they vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my kinda dirty car. Good service, no complaints . ?
