Came on for "The Works" service appointment expecting oil change and tire rotation. Service found many mouse nests and other rodent traces in air ducts and filters, so they also changed the filters and vacuumed everything out. Thanks.

Literally just received work done on my ford escape for a recall part. Crazy enough I was year or two with handling this haha. Though Hank was very nice and gave me great feedback on what he was doing to my vehicle. I don't know much on cares so I did ask questions so I can be aware. Thanks again!

If I could select a negative 5 stars I would. Received substandard service from Ryan (used car sales manager) after my son had his own financing lied to get him to put in an application for the exact same rate he was already approved through his credit union. Promised my son a call early Wednesday morning (no call) so I call Friday to find out what's going on & it's like I had to pry the information out of him. Poor customer service. We arrive to pick up the vehicle & their idea of detail is a damn joke. I purchase a new luxury vehicle every year so I'm used to great service. I don't know how this dealership stays open with just don't give a damn employees. The jeep wasn't detailed it had been washed but no tire shine, nothing in the interior had been wiped down. Just lazy. Save your money and go elsewhere. Wishing my son had not given him their business. On top of that they barely put enough gas in the Jeep for him to get home. Never have I seen such poor service.Two days after purchasing the vehicle we find out the water pump was bad smh

From my salesperson (Jarrett) to my mobile service member (Brian) I have had a positive experience with Ford. It is very convenient to have mobile service for any recalls, especially with my 12 hour shifts at work. Brian was very friendly and communicated when he was on his way as when he arrived and is very polite. Very convenient to not have to leave my work and have them come to me for servicing especially in these times where service is often backed up.

I called my sales person, Josh and expressed an interest in having a keyless entry installed. Within 3 days Josh called me to let me know my part was in. I heard immediately from the service department to set up installation. I was so happy to hear they had mobile service. 2 days later a very professional prompt service technician, who's name I wish I could remember, came my work and installed the part. So impressive! Call Gene Butman for all your automotive needs!

This is the only time Ive gone to a car dealership and been totally ignored by every employee. Everyone looked miserable and seemed bored and tired. My husband and I both got the same impression and everybody who walked by was pretty stone cold looking. I have to be fair to one man who worked there with red hair and beard- he at least gave a smile and a "hey" as he walked by. Other than that though, there was no warmth in there. The receptionist was also unhelpful and not welcoming. There were only a couple of customers in there but apparently that's a bit stressful and overwhelming for the staff on duty while we were there. Another gentleman was asking for help before us and he was greeted pretty coldly as well. Not a good feel. We left and are going to the Ford dealership on Jackson Rd in Ann Arbor instead. I won't do business somewhere that makes me and my husband both feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Collision Department review:I do not recommend. Repairs took two weeks to perform repair on one panel. New damage is evident after completion of original repair. Over fifty miles were on the vehicle and tank emptied to half tank. Gene Butman Collision manager denied liability on new damage. There are more trustworthy outfits to do business with.

I've now purchased (leased) 3 cars from Gene Butman Ford and it's the best experience ever. They worked hard to get me the best deals possible. When my 20 year old daughter wanted to Lease her first car they went out of there way to help her. She had just got home from the military and had little credit history. They were able to make it a painless process and get her a great deal! We will continue to go back for all our cars needs!!

This is regarding the service department specifically: I took my car here to get diagnosed and had an awful experience. During their time trying to diagnose the issues my car needed to be towed, which is fine. However, they charged me more than the actual tow was- you can compare the invoice. The tow was actually $140.50 and they charged me $168.60. Then, I get my car towed to my house and I get it in awful condition. I was at work during the delivery and they didn't tell me the battery was dead so the window was left open during a rain storm - soaking my interior. Then they just left all of the oily parts on the floor of my car, now I have oil stain on my carpet. I have oily handprints all over the exterior. I would not recommend this dealership. They are not honest nor do they take care of their customers.
