I love shopping at Fresh Thyme. Unfortunately, this location has a gross problem. It seems like every other time I visit this store, I accidentally purchased expired product. At this location, the staff is not properly trained to check the shelves for expired items.
The first few times that I came across expired product at this location, I didn’t think it was a big deal. But when happening over and over and over again, I made the logical conclusion that this is an oversight by management.
I would like to invite Fresh Thyme corporate to audit this store at their earliest convenience. I’m sure they would be interested to see how many expired items they can locate .

It's a great store; I like to go there and stock up on their chicken sausages. It's always clean and the workers are always friendly. The meat counter is excellent.

This store has the most helpful employees ever. I’m not sure how much Ashely gets paid, but someone needs to give that girl a raise. She walked me around the whole store to help me find the perfect ingredients for my salad… and they were closing soon. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a grocery store!!

The Ypsilanti Fresh Thyme Market has some of the nicest and most helpful employees. I would recommend this store for it's friendly customer service. Worth the drive for me as I don't live close.

Wide array of produce, mostly organic, whole food options, but with classic unhealthy American brands scattered throughout the store. Groceries are priced on the higher end, which is typical for this type of store. However, this is your go to for fresh produce and fish, as well as for foods to accommodate dietary restrictions.

The store was clean. The produce selection is fresh and plentiful. They have a nice selection of fresh and packaged meat and seafood. Nice store.

I really appreciate this store for the variety of selection, produce and prices. All of the staff is wonderful, however, I tend to come in first thing in the morning and there are 3 ladies that have been extremely helpful and are personable, yet, professional in assisting me. Unfortunately I am not certain of their names but the woman that helps in the bakery (Joyce!?!), The woman in produce (Fresh!?!), and the woman at check out (Deb!?!). I appreciate all their help and they are invaluable to me and an asset to Fresh Thyme!

Although I've never been inside this store, it's ideally located right on Washtenaw Avenue. I'm sure that the staff here is pretty friendly which I one day will more than likely get a better visit of
