We chose to shop at Floor and Decor when completing our kitchen backsplash. They offer an extensive variety of tile options as well as grout, in every color you could imagine. They supply all the tools you could need as well. The staff were helpful, almost to an excessive degree. We appreciated our experience and would choose to shop here again the future. Below are several options we considered.

My husband and I have been back and forth to this location trying to find what we need for a bathroom renovation. Every time we’ve gone we were met with a smile and everyone there was very helpful. Specifically Abdullah helped us numerous times, answered all our questions and helped us pick out the tiles we needed. Very knowledgeable and professional, we will definitely be back for any future projects!!

I was trying to place a pick up order online but for some reason the website was not allowing me to. I called the Ypsilanti store and got Katina on the phone. Let me tell you, she made placing a pick up order over the phone so easy. I could tell she was putting me on hold to go and find the items from the sales floor. The whole process was so easy and she made me feel less anxious about the whole process. Katina was very friendly and helpful. I ended up having to call back to adjust quantities of an item on the quote I was sent to pay. Katina got on it right away, and didn't make me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I wish Home Depot and Lowe's would learn something about customer service from the staff at floor and Decor.
