Fairway Trails is a Heavenly Paradise for my roommate Eugene and I. The layout and design is perfect and so airy, the water is beyond sparkling and fresh to drink and shower in and makes extra yummy ice cubes. Neighobrs are friendly. location is safe, management is friendly and professional, grounds and buildings always look stellar, maintenance is out of this world incredible. good positive vibes all around, trees and nature everyhwere. We enjoy thne bus route too. After renewing our lease the 2nd time this complex gifted us $40 on a laundry card, so very generous!!! this is not an apartment, this is a cozy home.

I was shown an apartment this week and I loved the place. It is clean and quiet. I'm trying to watch my budget and the place is pricey but this is a situation where you get what you pay for and this community is nice and the rental specialist were very helpful.

Someone needs to check more on those 3rd floor residents in 210 S. Hewitt Road. Too much yelling and screaming to the point i thought someone was gonna get hurt! Was almost going to call the police..

Best apartment in this area I've lived in by far! The apartments are comparable to other complexes in the area. Clean, somewhat updated; a nice and average apartment. But I didn't expect anything overly fancy so I'm happy. My neighbors are lovely. In fact, I know many of them and no one is loud. People will actually say hello and act neighborly, which is pretty special for an apartment. There are only 6 apartments in each building, so there are always free parking spaces close to the building...which was a big problem at other apartments. Maintenance comes same day or next 100% of the time. They fix everything (even changing light bulbs) and are very nice. The leasing staff (I've talked to Laura mostly) are friendly and helpful. The pool is gorgeous and you'll find families there having a nice time on a summer day. There is a neighborhood right near the buildings with a park not even a mile away. It's a great area for walking. The ONLY thing I will say is that you can probably expect some bugs (earwigs mostly, not centipedes thankfully). But I'm not knocking a star off because they've sent pest control many times, bless their hearts, every time I see an earwig. I think it truly is just because of the wooded area right outside my building. They've even resealed parts of the building for me. I can't say enough good things about this place! I don't usually write reviews but the only reason I was hesitant about moving here was the reviews, so I wanted to do my part to change the average star rating.

BEEN HERE FIR A YEAR & management is horrible! Everything in this apart BREAKS SO FAST & NOT TO MENTION ITS BUFS EVERYWHERE! NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES! & Smoke detectors is always going off throughout the DAY & during the NIGHT!!

Best apartment I’ve lived in ! Great neighbors and a great area, maintenance will fix anything that’s broken quickly and are also just really kind people who want to make sure the property is taken care of.

For the price tag, it’s definitely not worth it. They tried to redo the apartments but they did it in the cheapest way they could. The maintenance they hire, doesn’t really know what they are doing. I’ve had to fix maintenance’s work on my own time and money. There are bugs everywhere and it’s been like that for the 2 years I’ve lived here. The building is coming apart, there are cracks in the walls that are huge. My newly put in floor has started to lift because it was installed incorrectly. There was nicotine literally dripping off the walls when I moved in, that I had to scrub off the walls.Overall the place is disgusting, cheaply made, and does NOT care about residents. At Fairway Trails, you’re seen as a cash cow and that’s it. They couldn’t care less about the quality of living here as long as they are making money. You’re better off paying the $1000 for somewhere nicer.

I stayed 5 years at this complex never had any problem with anyone never late on the rent. But now they can’t extend my lease cause they’re maintenance don’t want to check out the heat on Friday on wants us with kids to wait until Monday , manager Lauren doing her job unprofessional doing with an attitude

My family was residents of Fairways Trail for 11 years and we were very impressed and pleased with the staff. Miss Laura is a wonderful manager and always work with us. We have always been treated with the up most respect and never had problems with any thing we asked of her. We were having a problem with our move date and she worked with us and gave us an extension for some days to make a smooth transition and we love her for everything she has done While we were living there. Her staff and maintenance worker were the also fantastic. We will miss you and we love you. Thank you for everything during our stay.
