This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is judgmental about the medication I take, and even made comments about the medication I take within earshot. The pharmacy isn’t helpful, and neither is calling them because the ai software they use to answer phones is completely useless. Some of their workers have even refused to give me refills even though my dr had proscribed it and my insurance had already approved it. Everyone I know who takes the same, or similar, medication as me has these problems. The workers here deliberately refuse care to certain patients and medications. Go to the Walgreens across the street, they’re not judgmental and incompetent unlike the people who work here.

The CVS staff was helpful tonight with my vaccine shots. I didn't have a long wait. The whole thing was just very easy. CVS is a great option for vaccine shots!

Always a wait at the pharmacy... they never want to put more than 1 employee at the register; as if we customers have nothing better to do. Plan accordingly so you aren't late for your next destination.

The prices on products are not properly listed so beware. Very rude clerk. When I brought the error to the attention of the clerk she told me never to come back to the store.

I have shopped at my neighborhood CVS for years now. I get all my medicine there. l am happy at the positive interaction with the workers. CVS has the pet food and treats that l buy. The convenience of shopping forthe other products l buy save me from going to larger stores.
This is why l continue to shop at CVS.

Price gauging.They charges $4.59 for a half-gallon of very ordinary milk and I cashed myself out. The store is a one-minute drive from me and I avoid it 99% of the time because of this.

My husband and I have had multiple problems with this pharmacy over the last year. Our meds are constantly out of stock and are not ready when we come to get them despite notifications telling us they were much earlier in the day. The pharmacists are often rude, and nosey, and ask personal and intrusive questions about our medical lives and history. It regularly takes more than ten minutes to check out at the pharmacy counter (meaning me, standing there while the pharmacist discusses with another pharmacist about my or my husbands RX). We are often treated with disrespect and I really think corporate should deal with this situation. Maybe enough reviews might get their attention.
