If I could give this business a 0 star review, I would.I came in because I got a new phone through Apple. However, Cricket doesn't have a way to transfer a physical SIM to an ESIM, which is problem #1, as all the other major cell providers do not have this problem.When I went into the physical Cricket store, they charged me for a new SIM even though it was an ESIM and it was for the exact same phone number, problem #2.The last, and most egregious problem, they switched another person's phone number in my family plan to my new phone instead of my original phone number! When I called them, instead of apologizing or showing any semblance of professional courtesy, they casually brushed it off and just said, "come in tomorrow, we're about to be closed for today". I have never seen such disgusting disregard for a customer in my life. So, not only am I now stuck with a phone that has someone else's phone number on it, the original person whose number got accidentally switched into my phone currently does NOT have service on his phone!! Instead of offering to fix this problem promptly or doing something about it, they leave their problem in our laps to fix ourselves?!?! Completely ridiculous.

I frequent this location and I just wanted to give special recognition to both of the ladies that have been holding it down ALL BY THEMSELVES for a while now. Pay no mind to the entitled complainer below. Just because someone is working alone don’t mean they don’t deserve a break. Shame on him for not speaking up and instead running to google to write a nasty review for no real reason considering the employer didn’t actually do anything wrong. Please be kind to your customer service workers they work hard to be nice to some of y’all and from the sound of it some of you don’t deserve it!

Don't never have your phone turned on I pulled up to this cricket store to get my son's phone turned on and,an employee inside just walked out locked the door and went to sit in her vehicle very poor business if you asked me

There is something wrong with my phone. And service. I had so many problems with my texting . I was within my 7 day trail period. I purchased on Ellesworth Road, Ypsilanti, MI and was told i wasn't used to the phone settings. I had Samsurgs in the past and didn't have this much trouble. The manager said I didn't know how to use the phone.I moved from T-mobile because they were having a lot of trouble with their towers.Beware of this company. They said i would have a 7 day trail period. period. I made a complaint with 611.

I would not recommend this store; I went to upgrade my phone and the person working couldn’t help any of the customers present (4 including me) because she wasn’t actually trained to do her job. Then the manager finally showed up and started to help me but somehow took over an hour to do a simple phone upgrade. I paid for everything up front, and somehow when I got home my monthly family plan had been raised $60. I never authorized or asked for my plan to be changed. This place scammed me both in the store and on my bill, I’m angry and lucky I caught it before the bill cycle continued. I would not trust this store with your personal information or time.

Upon entering the store Robert the store manager will greet you as though he has known you for a long time, and not just as a customer. I have never had an issue while visiting or speaking with Robert. Cricket stores need more workers like Robert he cares about the customer. I always have a great customer experience when I visit the Cricket store that is managed by Robert. My husband and I have been cricket customer for over 10 years and will remain as a cricket customer for a long time to come.

I had an extremely good experience at this store. Six years ago, I switched from Verizon to Cricket, and the Samsung phone I received at that time was wearing out. I walked into the store on a Monday morning and met the manager, Robert. He spent over 1.5 hours working with me. The first 20 or so minutes included reviewing the available phone options and answering my questions. I had been to the store a few months earlier to look at the phones, and then did some research on the internet, so I had a lot of questions. Robert was very patient with me explaining what phone he recommended and why. He directed me to a less expensive model based on how I use my phone (I truly appreciate his sensible advice tailored according to my needs and not driven by profit greed). Once I made my decision, he then set up the new phone transferring ALL of my contacts, texts, apps, and photos (this took about 1 hour). I don't really enjoy techy things, but Robert made upgrading my phone very pleasant and easy. I give this store, especially the manager Robert, the highest of recommendations.

I’m not even from here. I’m remote, live in Texas. He helped a customer extremely well. Professional as can be. Robert’s amazing. Give this man more incentive. Cause he was dealing with one of our carrier customers that were challenging him a bit. He deserves all the praise!!! Thanks Robert! :)

Zahaar was one of the most professional and expeditious customer service people I have ever encountered. I feel terrible because I received a text survey that I thought was about my online chat experience, which I answered honestly - it was a waste of time. But Zahaar took care of the issue Cricket inflicted upon me with kindness and dexterity. I've been happy with Cricket for 7 years, but they blew that up by not proactively notifying me that SIM cards for four of my phones needed to be upgraded. This stranded some of the members of my family without service while on vacation - not something they should have to deal with. Thank you, Zahaar, sorry for my mistaken review - you were perfect.
