This bank has very poor customer service. There male clerks are not friendly, do not assist or welcome certain customers. On the other hand, they will be so friendly, welcoming and helpful to others. Personally, I do not care about them or their assistance. I already closed my account with chase bank, I’m am going there ONLY to pay my visa debt. Today, the manager was not helpful with a small issue I had. I most definitely do not recommend this bank and I am going to cut all my relations with Chase bank. So the clerks could have time to chat among them and their manager.

1 or all of the drive-thru ATM's are broken, like a solid 88% of the time. Haven't been inside though.

I had a hacker with too much personal info and control of my PC. He also was attempting to access my microsoft account. He then toldme to go to my bank to stop activity on my checking and debit cards. I did that and it seems to report current activity, and hopefully future fraudulent attempts. Bank time is 9am -5pm on Thursday ( today is 03/16) i go at 3:30 and no one there to open accounts. All windows closed. If you not going to be there then change the time or make that clear before wasting my time going there

They are so racist at this branch! I’m sitting here for a banker to help me with opening my account! This Chinese lady come on and they literally help here in front of me. The white man digging in his nose helped her, but still in sitting here not helped.

Absolute worst bank. Zero customer care. The branch manager laughed in my face when trying to get my lost/replaced business debit card mailed sooner.
