What a great experience that was. Andrew, the man who fixed my phone, was super helpful. He showed me what was wrong, how he was going to fix it, and how much it cost right off the bat. He educated me as I waited for my phone to be fixed, I highly recommend coming here 5/5 for sure!

I love wireless toys ypsilanti!!! Ray and his whole team great customer service, knowledgable about the products they sell, and just all around great people. I live in the Jackson area and I will commute to them if I need anything for my phone. Thanks for being awesome

I initially went into have my phone repaired. Brandon and Nick were awesome! Not only were they at least $100 cheaper to repair my phone than other stores I called... but they were able to offer me such a great deal that I ended up switching carriers and getting 3 new phones for less than it would have been to repair my original. I am now saving about $80 a month. They were knowledgeable and helpful. If you catch them at lunch time, they may even offer you some pizza ;)
