I must say that Sheryl Hutton at Bill Giroux’s office is the only reason I haven’t even shopped around for other insurance. I built a house and had two vehicle crashes in the last year, so I’ve needed paperwork and claim matters handled efficiently and Sheryl has always been faster than me, the bank, the builder, or any auto shop. Best of all, she’s so nice and patient with helping me understand various matters. A lot of companies could use someone like her.Thank you!Kim

Bill Giroux is a douchebag. If he makes a mistake, Andrew covers for him instead of going to him with the issue. Yeah, the staff is friendly and all but who cares if they don't come through when it really matters. The most simple things like get back to you with information, correct a banking error, mail a check, get your refund to you they become awfully forgetful and suddenly swamped with other matters. You drive 30 miles to them because you can't wait another week for what should have arrived yesterday and they send you out with barely an apology and a bottle of water. For my time and inconvenience (two screwups within months of each other that affected me financially while they sat in the office & twiddled their thumbs), they should have given me a case of water, all the candy in the jar, the tv, a job, and money off of the bill. They act like they're doing you a favor/saving you money even though other agents already told you the proposed changes won't affect your rate. Where is Jake from State Farm when you need him? Not at this office!
