“Today was the 1st time that I’ve went into the lobby at the PNC, located on Clark Rd in Ypsilanti and was greeted by and also serviced by a young lady named, Sierra…I must say, that she is by FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST Representative I have EVER ENCOUNTERED in my over 20yrs of being a customer of PNC! Her friendly attitude, stunning smile, sweet voice, extremely knowledgeable and EXCELLENT customer service skills!!! She is a true GEM ?”

“I was new in town and had done previous banking with Key in Ohio, same as my family. I actually opened my first ever savings bank account at a Key branch when I was a young kid and they offered those accounts for kids. Anyways, the employees were very nice, asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited for the branch manager to set me up with a checking account. I only had to wait between 5-10 minutes, I could see she was finishing up a call. She was super friendly and walked me through the process. I believe I opened a student account or young person account with no minimum amount of money to open. I moved here to be a Washtenaw Community College student. So it was free to open the account. The manager made it a quick and easy process: two forms of I.D. and a couple signatures and I had my very own checking account with debit card. Thanks Key bank!”
“Was harassed in the drive through by another customer. So I went inside for help. They did a great job making sure I was safe. Walked me out the door to the security guard. He made I could leave with out the gentleman following me. Thank you!”
“I had a hacker with too much personal info and control of my PC. He also was attempting to access my microsoft account. He then toldme to go to my bank to stop activity on my checking and debit cards. I did that and it seems to report current activity, and hopefully future fraudulent attempts. “I see a lot of bad reviews, and I can't understand why? I've used this branch for many years. Heather, Connie and all the rest are great! I have business and personal accounts, every time I need something I get it right away. Beyond the money side, the personal side of this bank is the best. Everyone greets me with a smile, and considering I'm not there every day, they all know my name. I highly recommend Key bank, this branch, and will continue to use them.”
