Great local car wash! Very friendly staff and my car is now incredibly clean inside and out!

I did not get the $50 inside and out SUV car wash that I expected and had to pay for. It took 2 hours with 1 car ahead of us. They didn't vacuum very well and re-vacuumed the entire vehicle at my request. The outer wheels and tires were cleaned and polished well, but the inside of the rims still were caked with dirt-road dirt. After asking them to re-vacuum, I didn't have the nerve to ask them to clean the wheels properly. they hand wash and vacuum inside a dimly lit building... They need to invest in better lighting or battery powered headlamps.
As a previous customer said, they are nice guys, but the work is very sloppy and the service is slow.

Genuinely the worst car wash I have ever been to. They missed so many spots inside my car. The outside also has manny missed spots. Nice guys, but the work is very sloppy. Also, to make it worse the service is slow.Services: Vacuuming

TLDR: Lied on pricing, insulted me, kept asking for a tip, and missed a few spots on the car.First off, Carl and Rodney seemed like nice guys. They were able to accommodate me at 3pm on a Saturday as opposed to the original 2pm. The service was noted to take 3-4 hours and they wrapped up work at 7pm, past closing.With that said, I had multiple issues with my services. Firstly, I confirmed on the phone before coming over that my Honda Accord would be priced at $130 instead of $150 due to not having any pet hair in the car. When I arrived, Carl told me that the price was $150 because somehow doing the trunk was extra.When telling him he quoted me $130, and coming back with a $140 offer he openly started complaining and being upset that “these people complain and bargain” so much nowadays. He also insulted me by telling me that I’m “probably so cheap with my wife”.It wasn’t worth my time to argue back and forth and I agreed on $150, Carl afterwards kept saying that I should leave a tip as well on the business that he owns. I came back around 7pm and Carl had me wait on the car, the car looked clean and Carl mentioned that everything was completed. When time came to pay, Carl typed in $159 on the card reader saying that it was tax. He not once mentioned card was extra due to tax. After having enough and paying, he then once again said he wanted a tip. I declined tipping.Afterwards, the next morning and in better light, I took a look at the work and noticed the drivers side window section was completely untouched and still dirty. The headlights and taillights were also never touched.Although it was a negative experience, the car was (mostly) cleaned and the price was relatively decent. The car looks like it was from the dealer on the day we bought it. There was 4 year worth of pet hair before I took it in and. You can't tell now that there was even a pet in there. Took it in to get detailed before bringing home our new baby and I am so glad we did, it is now baby ready. Big thank you and God bless!!Services: Auto detailing
