Do yourself a favor and go across the street to O’Reilly. It’s almost like this store doesn’t want to sell you stuff. Went in to pick up an online order and it wasn’t ready. Was told it hadn’t shipped yet. Huh? Was told that anything that’s listed in stock at this store online actually ships from a warehouse. Huh? Can you find the part in store or help me? “Sir, the parts listed in stock online ship from another store” ….. ok I’m out lol. Cancel my online order I’ll literally walk across the street and go to OReilly to get help and for less!

Rude management and lazy staff, they made me drive all the way up to the store just to see how many points I had, I had to call the stire just to get hung up on by the lady who said I would have to drive up there

Curly haired girl behind the counter was very rude to several customers, myself included, refused to give me a receipt claiming I hit email(I did not) told a caller that they don't test alternators (it's on the front window in giant letters that they do) and was generally doing all she could to not do her job...this was may 24 at 6:50 pm. This woman needs to be disciplined at the least, fired if you don't want to lose customers...because of her I did not purchase any of the expensive things I needed and opted for O'Reilly Auto parts, I only bought a small piece that they do not carry.

Neenah or amena the Supposed GM here is beyond unprofessional. She is a Latino woman with Curly Hair I believe. Another gentleman who was Caucasian who said his name was Joseph were beyond rude and disrespectful. I have a broken leg and these people are so violent and get physical here. The Latino woman kicked me out for a return that they lied about me not being able to do I had a receipt and my husband and I had just bought it just minutes passed while we attempted to do the return. I willl make a complaint with the police and corporate. Luckily another location was able to return it. Please avoid this auto zone.

For a corporation as big as Auto Zone, you'd think they'd train their employees how to talk and treat their customers. Mina is the rudest, most disrespectful person there. She ignores customers, is talking on FaceTime on COMPANY time, and her attitude is appalling. If this is how Auto Zone chooses to represent the face of their company, be prepared to lose out on customers. Be aware of the treatment you'll receive here. Will NOT be back.

If i could give Zero stars i would.
I’m sorry but this is absolutely not how you run a business. They have a young woman in charge here she goes by Mina or Amina. She is COMPLETELY disrespectful and out of line when dealing with customers. my family and i have been using this autozone for years because it’s close to us & for the most part has always been ran well.
since Amina has came in NONE of us will be returning.
i came in for a battery and had some questions and was told to either “buy it or go somewhere else” she kept rolling her eyes and walking away from the counter when i simply just wanted to know about the warranty. And obviously none of my questions were answered and i ended up leaving. i do not recommend this location to anyone.

First off I work in customer service and I am a corporate manager . I specialize in great customer service. This Autozone has one of the rudest managers I have ever encountered. (Mina)*, (Bea)*. I Tried ordering something online and it didn’t give me the correct pricing . I went into the store and explained my situation to the manager. She very rudely said that’s online pricing only . It did not say on the Autozone website it was online only . Been a customer there for many years . Never coming back

The website may say they have your part in stock, but that just means they can order it. No they can’t switch your order to a store that has it, you have to call, cancel, and rebuy. Yes, when you question and express frustration about this to the staff they get an attitude, which tells me they’re tired of hearing people’s frustrations so it must be a common occurrence.

Just wanted you a shout out to John Moore at the Washtenaw avenue store. Our wipers stopped working during our drive and we managed to get to the store. John troubleshot the problem for us and helped us take care of it. Excellent customer service
