“I called State Farm and spoke with Katrina regarding my insurance increase.
First and foremost, she was so professionally, friendly and patient.
I was going to begin looking for a better quote for my auto insurance.
However, she brought to my attention that if I discontinued my auto insurance i would not receive the discount rate for my homeowner’s insurance.
Therefore, after we figure the numbers, I was better off staying with State Farm.
In addition, she suggested another option where I could save money by opting out of the medical coverage being that I have total coverage with my employer.
I have been with State Farm for several years and have NEVER experienced any unpleasant encounters.
