Said they could do French curl braids only for them to do tight hot water curls, even though they charged me for the French curl. I even sent pictures and showed them in person when I got there. I didn’t realize until the end when it was too late. It just sucked. If you don’t do a certain style, just say that instead of lying. Definitely won’t be going back

Hit or miss… I just hate when the braids are all different sizes some big some small some long some short and the oversized knots just to start the braid is irritating other then then that lovely place :)

I hate to drag a black business, I really do, but for butterfly locs, I don't recommend coming here. Different methods were used throughout my head and I had to have a professional take them out, after which some pieces had to be cut (I tried). It was hard to take out BUT STILL the middle was twisted. Some hair was braided, some was twisted, some was just completely.. weird. Most managed to completely unravel itself in different areas. I had to go back to her to fix it not even a week later. I couldn't do any styles because manipulating it at all ruined it further. I'm really disappointed, especially after spending so much.
