Limited online or app account management options (must pay by check or electronically in-office). Outer conditions of the buildings and roads is deteriorating. Just needs rehab and modern e-commerce systems. Otherwise it was fine.

Great prices , super friendly staff . Only 2 issues . You have to call or go in person to pay . It’s 2024 should be able to online . Also 24 hr access would be super helpful.

Units are not well maintained but cheapest in the area , secure property and very professional and helpful staff.
