The job was left incomplete. The clean out access was left approximately four feet above ground level and the trench to the roadway was mounded up about 1 1/2 feet. If this is indicative of their quality of work, then I would be led to believe the rest of the job is a mess as well. A terrible way to leave the job for my 78 year old mother who lives alone. BTW, there was no mention of the job being left incomplete when my mother first hired them.

We hired Paul to do a remodel on our bathroom. He also recommended we replace the plumbing in the basement and we are extremely glad we did. He listens and answers all your questions with patience! We love the job he and his crew did on the plumbing and the bathroom!! As they were wrapping up the remodel, we had an issue with our main sewer line and had to have it replaced. Of course we hired Paul for that job as well. If we need a plumber for anything ever again, Paul is the one we would call! Would highly recommend!!!Services: Bathroom remodeling

We have a 100+ year old home. The entire drain system had to be replaced. Paul and Aaron were excellent. There were numerous complications to the required repair due to work done by another plumber to our neighbor's house that connected to our system. Paul's solutions were approved by YCUA -(Ypsilanti Community Utilities Authority) as YCUA hadn't encountered the problems before. Paul worked through the weekend so we could have our system running ASAP. I highly recommend Paul and A+ Drain and Sewer Repair.Services: Sewer repair

Paul and his team replaced our water main and sewer service after we had a break in the water service and water was leaking into our basement. He came out the same day we called him and started work quickly. Paul and his crew worked hard and even on the weekend to finish our project. He provided information along the way and continually asked if we had questions. Paul was great to work with and we would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing needs.

Have used Paul for years and always have had great work done. Started using him to snake our main sewer in ‘07 and eventually he replaced it in ‘16. He remodeled our bath and has repaired our kitchen fixtures as well. He’s the only contractor I give a key to my house with zero worries.Services: Tile work replacement

Paul and the team demoed an old tub and surround and installed a beautiful new tub and Flexstone surround including drywall and a fan. The results are perfect. They were a pleasure to work with and their work was meticulous.Services: Drywall installation

Contacted Paul to come address an issue in our bathroom. He was able to come out next day and quickly resolved the issue for us. He was extremely responsive and professional, will be contacting him again for any future plumbing needs that we may have.

(Update 5/4/2020)Called Paul to see what he could do about the water problems I had in my yard flooding my pole barn. He dug a trench from the house to the pond filled it with stone and drain pipe all while not damaging the yard besides where the digging was. Left everything clean and graded the yard back to normal. I had water running in the trench before it was even done, so I’m sure it’s going to work. Very happy with how it turned out. I’ll update after a few months.Always seems to be available whenever needed and does great work
