Kaatz Funeral Directors-Yale Chapel provided a seamless experience for both of the funerals of my parents who passed away just a month apart. It was a very emotional, stressful time and the Kaatz staff could not have been more compassionate and helpful. Many special gestures, large and small, were provided. A very nice family area with many amenities was provided. Our family was made to feel valued and cared for during the entire process. Would definitely recommend.

We could not have been more pleased with the Kaatz Funeral Home. From the pre-planning start, the care and respect they showed mom through the whole process was astounding. John, Eric and the whole staff were gracious, understanding, sympathetic and followed through on everything they said they would. This family-owned business made US feel like family! It was a pleasure dealing with these professional and positive people. It's was a hard, difficult time in our lives but was eased with the compassion of Kaatz family.
