I drove an hour to meet a CSR at this location and b/c I was running late; the employee made me wait 1hr 15minutes longer because there was a mandatory “corporate” training at 1pm. However the meeting was 3 minutes away and he could’ve legitimately made the meeting in plenty of time but still chose to inconvenience a customer.

Renting online was easy, moving into the unit went easy. Had a problem with which door to use when I first arrived but was able to talk to the owner quickly who helped me. Would recommend anyone looking for 24 hour access climate controlled storage units in the area. They also have multiple locations. Thanks for running the business smoothly

Love this place but why take away the dumpster. Use the cameras to see who excessively use it without notifying of unusual garbage for a cost effective discarding.

Moving is never fun but the staff worked hard to make it the best experience possible. Josh and Lucas were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They made me feel valued. The facilities are spotless and secure. An overall excellent experience.

I tried to use the app to get a unit and it didnt work so I left an email about trying to get a unit to no avail after an hour. Within moments the owner called me to apologize and asked me what I needed, I explained what I needed asap, he said what time would you like to meet someone to get a unit. I made the time on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted warmly and saw the immaculate building and was more than pleased of the climate controlled facility with great security and confidence I selected a unit. No fuss or paperwork, created a security code, given keys and was on my way. I did the required paperwork with email as I was already out of town and would only be back for movers. I notified them of my leaving through email and on the day of the movers arriving, the movers were amazed and impressed by the facility and used their cars versus their own, these are national movers. I cant say anything but great praise for this facility and their staff. Thank you.
