Just reading the owners description of this place is a joke in itself! Every visit, your employees are hanging towards the back chatting and clearly show the irritation a customer has come in to interrupt their chill session. They all lack a smile and a sheer understanding of what customer service means. Would it kill you to at least pretend you're happy to be working? Also, the fact they are trying to enforce a law that doesn't exist is a joke, and when confronted about it, they lacked the knowledge of what they were even saying or enforcing. When I showed them what the law clearly stated, they simply said cool. I get if it's a store policy to not allow my kid to come in with me for a quick stop for a breeze, but don't hide behind a fake law. There are gas stations that sell all the same things here and and you don't see this law enforced their. Great store, prices, and product. If only you had the same great employees to back up your description.

Was & have been a fan of this store for a while, have been shopping locally for years…have had 2 seperate issues in the last month with 2 of their products in which I spent $100 and was told I could not get store credit or refund for both products .. pretty disappointing.. management themselved admitted “Its messed up but it’s store policy on returns.” They were polite, but polite doesn’t change the fact I spent $100 on something that does not work.

At this specific Wild Bills location you’ll find a team with a vast knowledge of the products they carry and an eagerness to help any customer that walks through their door!! (Ps they just have great vibes!!) 10/10, no notes!

They have a decent stock, decent prices but the staff... no cares about dress, or attitude for sure. If your unfortunate enough to have to return something... don't bother, and certainly not at the bryon center ave, nor jenison stores, the employees there are extra rude.

One of the "new" employees gave me 6nic instead of 3. And they say they can't return it cause i cracked the seal. Well, i didn't notice it was the wrong nic till i started coughing my lungs out. Plus, I'm definitely not wasting $70 here again, and I would definitely dive 0 stars if i could. I suggest going to GR Cloud on 28th Street. They have buy one get one half off on all vape juices.

Came here for a breeze. Your cashiers are very rude. Don’t say hello when you walk in. Don’t say have a good day. Too busy smoking her own vape I guess to say hello. I hand her my ID she rudely sets my things on the counter. Like she’s too good to hand me my items when my hand was out. It’s called respect. Rachel W shouldn’t be in customer service. I spend a lot of money in these stores. I’ll go elsewhere!
