“Cool store and customer service. I wish I would've gotten a watch but the sales person told me that if I had my old fossil watch it was just even the face, I could've gotten 50 percent off. I went home and looked for my old fossil watch that fell apart because the pin and links came loose, but I didn't find it or would've went back and made a purchase for sure. At least I know that they will do that now. Good piece of information to have even if you want to turn in an old beaten up one and get another half off.”

“I've always had a good experience at this store with friendly people. I bought a decently expensive Shinola back in July. I brought it in because it needed warranty work and everyone was helpful. I unfortunately did not catch their name but I specifically wanted to call out the woman helping me. She was wearing a pin that said "Be patient, I have autism." Inclusive hiring should be the norm rather than the exception and this woman proves it. She was awesome!”
