The post office itself is a joke. I have 3 packages being held hostage there because they aren't ever open in the day to pick them up. I try calling, calling, calling and never get any response. It just rings until I am disconnected.

Try to pick a package from the facility no one's there, you call the warehouse, no one answers. Complete failure of customer service, Bad managment, and calling the 1-800 ASk USPS is the most worst service to call. Total F for Failure in service

Nothin like smoking a cigarette, while you're in a moving, metal box of paper. ? This just sums up Wyoming; ratchet, unprofessional, and classless. If your mail smells like smoke, this is why. 5 stars because I still appreciate postal workers. Just get a vape lady!

Ugh... so much wrong with USPS. Y'all aren't handling your business or your carriers would be HAPPY to deliver the mail. They don't GAF... don't blame em. No wonder FedEx and UPS are kicking your butts.

So tired of mail coming at like 6pm. Whenever I send out packages, they never get scanned upon pickup. Packages and mail constantly get lost and customer service is a joke.

The manager Jay went above and beyond! Our package was mislabeled and sent to incorrect address. Jay went out of his way to help us track it down and get it back to us. Jay is a tremendous asset for this team. Thank you again Jay!

Low production people. Tracking states delivered at 3:30 in or around mailbox. Camera only shows her with paper mail.

Your drivers are lazy. I've been waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered today. A box, not something that would fit in my mailbox. They said it couldn't be delivered because my driveway or front porch weren't accessible. Well I haven't left. My driveway is WIDE open, and my porch and walkway are WIDE open. Your drivers are LAZY. Couldn't get out of his stupid little toy car. It won't let me add pictures, but I have them.

We never receive important mail and they never answer their phones or fix the issues. Every piece of mail that I think is important never gets to our house. Someone is stealing and they don’t seem to care.
