I've done several returns here and it's always been fine. But, I've always had labels ready and it's been a ups approved return. Quick and easy.

I called about a missing package and the lady just tells me she cannot do anything about it that she can only see what I see. Didn't bother helping.

UPS is the worst company in the world they ring your buzzer for a second, and then they leave and don't give you time to answer they only deliver tags! I hope they go out of business. The only thing good about them is that they take back the stuff from Amazon

I do a LOT of returns at various UPS Stores due to Amazon and the nature of my work. I have been to SEVERAL UPS Stores, in MI and in several other states for work. My experience at this particular location is the worst customer service I have ever had at a UPS Store. In short, visit another location if possible. Longer explanation below.I had two boxes of light fixtures to return, they were delivered to me from Amazon as one order, and when I hit return on the website, I had one QR code provided to me from Amazon. When I arrived and they scanned my phone, the girl working at UPS refused to return the boxes, said I needed a bigger box for both. I could purchase it there, or return home and come back. I had one code, and it needed to be in one box. I asked why, as that has never been a issue before. BACK STORY: I have returned hundreds of items in my lifetime. Sometimes with up to 10 on 1 QR code. She was (rudely) insistent, that I needed 1 QR code per 1 item. Again, NEVER have I been asked for 1 QR code per 1 item. I stepped aside trying to look on my phone about how to get another code. While I waited I watched her help another customer. A woman with her arms full of smaller items as an amazon return. She told her the same, and made the woman purchase a cardboard box from UPS for $5. They put all the items in the box before processing the return. I stepped up again, asked if it was a new policy? She looked at me, and rolled her eyes, said it was always the policy, and they have always needed one code per item. I said "ma'am, I do hundreds of amazon returns at tons of UPS stores across the US, with multiple items, can she help me understand why is this the first time I am hearing this?" And she blew me off, and said that wasn't true, I was mistaken. A co-worker turned around and got involved and said "she is right, we tell everyone this.." I was confused, frustrated, and they had given me a LOT of attitude that I was wrong and they didn't want to deal with me. so I left. Drove to another location 5 min away. At the second store they were polite and explained: they can put things in plastic bags if they are smaller, but the items need to fit in medium boxes they send back to Amazon.. my 2 light boxes were too big, and would need to be processed individually. The other store helped me with my phone and getting 2 QR codes, and politely helped me understand the policy for the future. It was all handled quickly in a few min. This location was rude, dismissive, and gave no explanation. They also charged the woman ahead of me $5 for a box. After it was all done, it made me think they are just scamming people to buy extra boxes at this location.

Not very professional.. Just tosses fragile packages in the corner, people wonder why things arrive broken!! Oh well someone will cover the costs I suppose.

Tried to get a fax sent off, was not made aware that another person was waiting with a huge doc to fax. My rep asked politelyif we could go first, nope was the answer, rude retort from a work associate.Waiting over 20 minutes, never going to go to another UPS store.

I come here a lot, unfortunately, due to the location. Typically, the employees don’t seem to want to be working at the store and they are slow. But today’s event prompts this review. It is 8:15 on a Tuesday and there is no sign of life in the store, 15 minutes after the posted store open time. There are six other frustrated patrons here.

I own a business and not only did UPS not deliver my time sensitive packages by the time they should have ( we normally get them on Monday and they were partially delivered Wednesday), they also claimed we were closed (we are open seven days a week with our hours posted). We were then rudely told we would have to pay an extra 8$ a package for their mistake on top of the shipping we already pay for them to locate the packages. The woman we spoke to would only look up one of our six packages. When we did receive our order the package she had looked up wasn’t with it and after calling we found out she had it held at the Wyoming facility. We went up there and they made us wait over thirty minutes because they had lost it again. To top us off, once they did find the last package the woman resisted giving it to us because she wasn’t sure if we actually were who we said we were. We had our drivers license but she insisted that wasn’t enough. Overall if I could give zero stars for the rude behavior, the mistake of claiming we were closed when we are open seven days a week, and the overall attitude of this being our fault and not theirs, I would.

One of the most efficient stores I’ve been to. Excellent, friendly staff. Worked their tails off to meet our needs. A+

Don’t return your Verizon trade-in phone here- they go missing! This was my experience and the more reviews I read below- this is the same experience with a lot of people!I don't write bad reviews; however, I had notably poor service during my last visit. My package was lost at this location- I even had proof of my drop-off. The manager, Leigh was unwilling to offer any sort of solution. I had contacted the UPS corporate- all who told me to return to my drop-off location for further assistance. Leigh was unwilling to even give me a next step + wouldn't assistance me in filing a claim for the IPhone that had gone missing from her store. As a customer, I would have loved some kind of resolution (especially since I had proof that my package was dropped off at her store)- however, I was basically left to figure out my lost package issue on my own. Wouldn't recommend this UPS location to anyone.I did receive EXCELLENT service from the Clyde Park location- the ladies that worked at Clyde Park went above and beyond to find a solution that would help me in locating my lost package (even though it wasn't their problem to fix).
