“I took my 2 daughters to the Build-A-Bear store at Rivertown Crossings as part of a special shopping outing. The staff made my younger daugther feel extra special as she created her "birthday bear." Staff was very helpful in the creation process. Emma did a fantastic job engaging the girls in conversation. She also took great care to make things more accessible for my younger daughter and adapted the experience to her needs. Kit was very helpful in explaining and finding great options for clothing/accessories and answering questions. I could tell both Emma and Kit enjoy their work and are eager to make the experience the best it can be for everyone who visits their store. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail is outstanding and we look forward to seeing them at Build a Bear again soon!”
“We took the wrong turn on our way back to Tennessee and ran into this place randomly. It's the first place I've been to in which every kid of mine found something that interested them! I was very impressed by the amount of product selection! The prices at least on the mtg product I saw were below your average retailer! A++ drop by this place!”

“Love this shop! I went in with my jogger stroller and although it was tight, I was able to maneuver throughout most of the store. I like that they have books and other items I may not find in every store and the staff is always so helpful! Some items are a bit overpriced however I would rather spend the money here than at a big store.”
