My rear view wiper was ripped off. Been asking them to cover this everytime I had my car wash. This is 1 year old car bmw x3.

Be aware of this carwash!!! I took my brand new truck that I just bought from the dealer there and when it came out my truck was ruined. When I drove my truck over to the vacuum area, my truck had soap marks all over and ghost scratches that I thought it was just the soap. I called who worked there out and he told me to drive in again because he wanted to find a solution.I drove my in there again and it came out all wet soaked it wasn’t even dried at all. The guy said it looked ok and went back inside right away. I was drying it around with a microfiber cleaning cloth when i started wiping down one of my mudflaps went missing on the driver side. The truck still had ghost scratch marks. I called the number of the place and they told me they did not see the other mudflap and that if I wanted to I can file a claim and they were going to call me back the next day and see if they can cover me for those damages. Till this day I haven’t received no call or refund. I canceled my membership right after because it’s not worth it although i was paying for the “#1 works”. I feel really upset because we spend our hard earned money to drive a nice vehicle and so that a carwash screws it up.

Wow, really impressed with the concept.
My car had alot of bugs on windshield and front bumper , i did the 16$ wash. The girl told me while paying if the bugs didn’t go away, u can do another turn for free, and that was really professional from her.

My car still had salt and dirt on it after getting the $12 wash (however I've gotten the most expensive wash before and my car has still been dirty). The vacuums are also horrible at this location. The staff is great though.

Took off 1 start because the back end window under the spoiler of my SUV does not get cleaned or dried well. Took off the 2nd star because my side mirrors ALWAYS get flipped out by the washer but do not get flipped back in at the next stage so I have to get out of my vehicle every time and flip them back in. If these 2 things were corrected my review would improve.

My husband's vehicle was damaged by the entrance gate at the location on Clyde Park in Wyoming. The arm came down and put a rip in his new tonneau cover. After waiting over a week for the location manager Reese, to contact him, my husband was offered 3 months free wash. My husband told him that was not enough, he wanted the cover replaced. Reese told him he would speak to his boss. Reese came back with 6 months free. My husband again told him he wanted the problem fixed and they should replace the cover. Reese at that point said, "that won't happen, and now the case is closed and they won't be doing anything to right this wrong."So absolutely discussed in this service and rude behavior of this management. My husband and I are both canceling our memberships.If I could I would give this location ZERO stars, I would! So very angry!

Zero stars if available. Not impressed with this location or the response from the franchise owner working through Reese. When something is damaged it should be repaired or replaced to make it right. No matter how minimal or trivial it is to you, it matters to the owner of the vehicle. Your faulty property damaged my property and 3-6 months of free washes isn’t going to fix my out of pocket cost now. Maybe small claims court is the answer.

It’s very Interesting how the manager took junk pictures using his personal phone from the second time I was asked to come back to take “better pictures” vs the first day of incident Chase used the company tablet and a step ladder to take better pictures of the top of my tall truck due to a dent from Tommys Car Wash dryers. Chase did a much better job providing best customer service. Oh and btw save your auto replies.

Zero stars if I could. Not impressed with this location or the response from the franchise owner working through Reese. Had a 2 month old tonneau cover damaged when a faulty entrance arm came down on my truck while I was still under it causing a 2 inch gash in the cover. Was offered free ultimate washes instead for my troubles for a $350 cover. When something is damaged it should be repaired or replaced to make it right. No matter how minimal or trivial it is to you, it matters to the owner of the vehicle. Now I have to pay to replace it out of my own pocket. Taking my business elsewhere. Going to pursue small claims court.

Broke off my valve stem and told me to kick grass. Good for return customers, had to buy a brand new tire on my dime. 20$ wash = 400$

Never ever have an issue with anything here. Mechanically everything works great. The app works great. My truck is always clean and I think that the monthly unlimited is a great deal.
