Rude employees and they falsely advertise saying open 24hrs that is a complete lie 2:00 am till now at 2:42 still locked down and being rude as hell to customers. the lady working was a complete --- and has no business being in a customer service industry. This will be the last time I visit this store because of the rude --- employee with fake red hair.

Horrible customer service. You're lucky if you find a pump that actually works. Forget about getting a receipt. There is never any paper in the printers.Update 1/30/24:Tried to go in in the evening and the door was locked despite seeing an employee walking around inside. A lot of people go to Speedway because of the rewards program, but Mobil and Shell have updated theirs and both have better rewards programs in my opinion. This building is a POS. Either remodel it or bulldoze it.

I feel bad for the employees who actually try, because this place is a total cesspool. Parking lot where you're just as likely to end up with a flat tire from the potholes and detritus lying about as you are to get the gas you came for, a store that's only cleaned and/or stocked once a month at best, pumps that malfunction and eat your debit card and have been out of receipt paper going on 5 years, and employees who obviously hate their lives and mostly just shrug when asked for assistance...if they're not busy stealing all your rewards points. I would say to go elsewhere, but this is only marginally worse than the average Speedway! Oh, and if you're ever misfortunate enough to require the restroom here, just listen to Dr. Demento - Gas Station Washroom on YouTube for an accurate review of that...EDIT 01-31-2024 - Not changing my review as this location is still horrendous, but a new level of ineptitude has cropped up: the doors are always locked in the evening. Speedway's Google page states it is open 24 hours, but seemingly every time I stop, whether it is 10pm, 12am, etc.....the lights are on but the door is locked. I will often see an employee inside, but they refuse to acknowledge me - instead they state iff into space or look down at their phone and pretend not to see anyone. The last two times I have attempted to stop - at 10:30pm and 11:16pm, both myself and another 1-2 cars ended up just driving away rather than pumping gas as we had planned. I refuse to give a company my money for gas when they cannot even staff their location at the hours listed. It seems others feel the same way. I can only imagine how much business is lost because of this - I had planned to fill my tank on both occasions, which is a $70 endeavor. Truly one of the worst businesses I've ever encountered. Avoid at all costs!

They will over charge you purposely. Idk how they do it but they are scamming. Manager to be exact. Will never be back.i guess head quarters is OK with it.

Went into Speedway on 33rd and division pretty much for a cup of coffee. Ask what time they opened up so my husband and I can come in the morning. The guy behind the acrylic was very rude and disrespectful. Makes you not even wanna go in there anymore, so I just left. I Don't recommend anybody to go in there early in the morning because either he had a bad day or either he was just tired. And very snappy at 5 o'clock in the morning nobody wants to deal with that kind of attitude..

Avoid at all costs if I could rate 0 stars I would, you may be victim of having money taken out of your debit or credit card. This isnt a personal case many others have had this same experience they know what they are doing.

I go in and ask if it's cheaper to buy 2 packs he said yeah. Then he scanned 1 pack and put ×2 on the register. So it wasn't cheaper to buy 2 packs it's the same price. I didn't buy them. Go to meijers or other gas stations it's cheaper when u buy 2 packs.

I went in at 2:50am to get fuel. There was a typed note that the place was closed until 3 for cleaning, yet there were 2 employees standing around. I asked if I could fuel and the girl said no were closed. But yet the door was unlocked and they just were standing around.. RUDE

I was a customer on Friday August 27 th The cashier was yelling about having to work on his day off. He was yelling about people who come in and don't speak English. The store had about 6 Spanish customers. I told him to use some professional conduct. When it was my turn to get my sigarettes I asked for his name. he refused to give it to me. I got it from a different employee. It was Jacob. He told me he didn't care what I had to say or my opinion. JACOB NEEDS TO BE FIRED!! He is not well suited for customer service. If nothing is done I will stand out side the station and tell everyone that this station is prejudice against Spanish customers. YOU WILL LOSE A LOT OF MONEY.

I don’t advise anyone to come to this location due to the bad customer service I’ve experienced from the store manager Michelle. My card was swiped 2 times and I contacted Michelle the next day, Thursday July 1st(2021) and she informed me she would have to call cooperate to have them to refund the amount of $15. However, she don’t put in any effort hat day and I gave her a follow up call on the following Tuesday. She stated she will call me back after she speaks with them. I tried calling her back several times and have not been successful. It seemed as if she blocked my number. I would like to take this matter to the cooperate office. Someone please contact me. I have not received my refund. Thanks in advance.
