Absolutely professional from the phone call to make the appointment to picking up my car. I have use Southwest in the past but I prefer to do my own repairs. Due to health reasons I had to reach out and I remembered the quality repair they did for us in 2004. I scanned and diagnosed the issue before taking it to them and they found the same issue and even one that I missed.That is the professional service and honesty that keeps customers coming back and why I chose them to be our car service professionals.

Extremely smooth experience. Was able to get my car fixed quickly in between other appointments and even went above and beyond and fixed a wiper I hadn't mentioned. Great service all around.

Never again, tools left in the engine bay, when it was looked at they had left a starter bolt loose. My mother got her car back there was dirt all over the inside and windows hazy from all the dirt. Never had issues with staff. The work they do.... I'd rather go somewhere else. Also other misc items left inside. I don't have issues with forgetting one thing here and there... I draw the line at tools left on my engine and bolts loose the next day my car didn't start when I got it back that's how I knew the bolt on the starter was loose on top of the wire being loose that was the main issue that's what caused me to check and what a nice find I had... loose bolts and wires.
