Went to put on my freshly pressed shirt on for a wedding today and found out they ironed/pressed the button right off the dress shirt leaving a hole. Very Disappointed because whoever did it obviously knew that had happened, but nothing was said to me at pick up.

Went to this area today to go to the phone repair shop directly to the right of this place. Entire parking lot (literally, drove around first looking) was full except for the two spots directly in front of this store (with signs). So I parked there knowing I would be only 2 minutes max (which it was that short) and since another spot there was open. I get businesses are protective of their parking, but yelling and swearing at me through their door is quite unprofessional. You simply could have spoken to me like a mature adult.

RUDE STAFF! Someone else parks in one of your parking spots and you yell at me to go make them move. I will be going somewhere else despite previous buisness an you be close to my home.

I didn't place a dry clean order but I had a dry clean question. The employee named Jeremiah was great and answered my questions and gave me a great suggestion for a future order.

They need a better person at the front. She asked my name twice. And after I told her what I was dropping off, she proceeded to ask me again and then count it. I feel like she could have counted it instead of asking me what I already had told her.This drop off took entirely too long.

Took in a wool blanket for cleaning and it returned very pilled and hair still visible on it. Very expensive for just dry cleaning a jacket. I saw no prices listed in the store to know what the charges would be per item. Will not go back.

They do not open at 7:00am. Waited 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Judging from past reviews, this seems to be a regular occurrence.

Their website says same day service if dropped off by 9am but that's never the case. I'll ask for same day and they are always too busy for same day. Other than that it's an average experience

The staff here is amazing! Hands down one of the best places in Wyoming/Grandville for customer service. They truly care about your clothes.Heads up. You should have all your collar shirts unbuttoned before you drop off your clothes. It saves them a lot of time.

Good pricing, but I have switched to a more reliable cleaning service after today. This is the third time this year I have gone out of my way to pickup or drop off and was met with a sign on the door that they don't have staff to be open. Waste of time and not reliable especially if you want an item for the weekend or special event! If they aren't open you can get your clothes!
