It’s sad that on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm, the busiest day of the week for sales, they have closed the doors with the following sign (see video). The store has a sign that it doesn’t close until 9pm. We waited for 2 hrs and the store never opened. Numerous families and individuals came and were met with frustration of the store being closed. Whether short staff or emergency, this is the sad part about business.

The ladies who work there are excellent people, they help you with whatever you need without getting angry.

Went in at 5 today Saturday January 14 and I double checked that they closed at 6. Initially the experience was fine. My son wanted shoes and they seemed to have the best prices for the brand he wanted. His sizes were limited. It happens. At 5:48pm someone told us we had 3 minutes to shop. My son picked a shoe he wasn't 100% committed to and said let's just go. We went to the front. We were not spoken to more than them asking cash or card. And they locked the door behind us at 5:51pm. I don't usually mind about customer service but if you want customers maybe talk to them. And I don't appreciate being rushed out before 6pm. I was going to usher my son to the front at 5:55pm if he wasn't finished. We were the only people in the store at this point. It took a minute to check us out. If you advertise being open until 6pm then you need to have your doors unlocked until 6pm.

I bought a pair of Converse Chuck Taylors for my son and within a few weeks the rubber was detaching from the shoe. The employee offered confusing info about returns, offering a possibility one minute and acting like she never said it later. She was as helpful as she had the authority to be, which wasn't much. Ultimately, the store wouldn't accept a return for a defective product. My research on these shoes suggests that this issue happening in such a short time period indicates they could be a knock-off.

I tried 5 other stores before this one to find tennis shoes I wanted. Should've just started here!

Worst place to shop! Customer service was bad! and complaining about a coworker. Unprofessional to say the least! Swearing was uncalled for in front of my 4 year old. I was not happy. I ended up returning the shoes I just bought (liked them a lot) because of their horrible customer service. That was a nightmare! Did not want to return my shoes because I did not want to give these people my phone number. I will not go back. Lesson learned!!

This store is needlessly endangering people's lives. Mutliple employees were wearing their masks well under their noses. Another straight up did not have one on at all. I asked the manager why she was allowing this and she said, "I cannot make them" which we know is a lie. Enter at your own risk.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.They mark things up higher than MSRP prices. Watch out for their “sale” labels stuck in front of the manufacturers label. I got a pair of crocs originally (MSRP) priced at $44.99. They put an orange “SALE” price tag in front of it for $54.99. This location serves a low income area of town and it’s extremely disappointing that they are willing to go to these lengths to squeeze more money of their customer base. If youre able, I suggest shopping at a store that honors MSPR pricing.
