Mary provided good customer service and Bob in shipping went above and beyond to make sure my package delivery went smoothly. The two guys(truck drivers) that came that evening, made sure it was delivered where I needed. They went above and beyond too. “The UPS Store on 44th in Wyoming is a busy place. I was pretty concerned when I arrived and there were 10 people in front of me. Rather than taking a long time, the two staff members quickly worked through the needs of the customers and I ended up waiting less than 10 minutes, probably closer to five. And I received notice that my package arrived to its destination the promised time.”
